Moose Hunting

Meraker Brug offers customized moose hunts throughout an area of 5,000,000 acres. Hunters experience plenty of excitement and up close encounters with the largest animals in the forest alongside hunting guide and dog, where it is allowed to hunt with the dog off-leash. This experience includes accommodations of high standard and full service. Everything is laid out in a manner for you to have the best possible hunting experience!

As the hunter you will be accompanied by a skilled guide and well-trained dog. The hunt takes place in a large and exceptionally varied hunting ground, which consists of very attractive biotopes for game. Here you will find everything from dense brush to primeval forests, open marshes, and pine forests surrounded by mountains provide good hiding places for game. This area is known for having a healthy moose population.

During the hunt you will be accommodated in venerable surroundings at either Brugetsgården or Renaa Gård, where both the lodging and service have a high standard. The food is prepared of local ingredients by skilled chefs.
